A.Spell

A.Spell are Nadja Stoller on accordion, vocals and loops, Jan Galega Brönnimann on bass clarinet and electronic wizardry and Ronan Skillen on tabla, didgeridoo and a vast extended array of percussion.

At first glance it appears like three islands of clustered instruments, strange objects intertwined with cables. A mix of organic and electronic elements to create the perfect sound balance. Three strong musical personalities with a common thread come together and manifest in an unmistakeable sound landscape. At times soft, then loud and disorientating yet never without focus and rather, mindaltering, A.Spell have found a trio where each musician complements the other perfectly.
