Fischermanns Orchestra — Tiefenrausch

Since 2007 the Fischermanns Orchestra has been running through the streets, spicing up stages and festivals all over the world. The CD "Tiefenrausch" reflects what the band also brings to the stage in their performances: compositions by seven different composers - each of them uses the diverse tonal possibilities of this Large Ensemble in a variety of ways, small formations in which the enthusiasm of this troupe is directly and immediately experienced and collective improvisations that show the wealth of ideas and creativity of this band.

"Tiefenrausch" fluctuates on the one hand with contemporary jazz and contemporary improvisational music, on the other hand the band with its 5-piece rhythm section manages to play the grooves so earthily pulsating that hardly a listener will sit still.
